Role: As the Sales, Marketing & BD Manager, you will be the voice and face of EnviroVision. From pitching to stakeholders and winning competitions to driving digital presence and initiating partnerships, you’ll work closely with the COO to position the company for market success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver pitches for investors, competitions, and potential clients.
- Manage and grow digital presence through social media campaigns and SEO.
- Develop marketing strategies to position EnviroVision as a sustainability leader.
- Conduct market research to identify target customers and strategic partners.
- Execute initial client outreach, lead generation, and early sales under expert supervision.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and market research.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Desired Experience:
- This role is for a hustler, a dynamic person with desire to build a brand and can-do attitude is the most effective skill.
- Experience participating in hackathons, pitch competitions, or similar events.
- Proven track record of managing social media campaigns or building an online brand.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Previous experience in client relationship management or sales is a plus.

Testing & Instrumentation Engineer (Intern)
Role: The Testing & Instrumentation Engineer will lead the feasibility and use-case testing of the AWSS prototype. Your role will ensure the product meets performance benchmarks, regulatory compliance, and operational robustness under real-world conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing protocols for the AWSS prototype.
- Integrate and calibrate sensors and instrumentation for accurate performance tracking.
- Analyze data from tests to identify areas for optimization and refinement.
- Ensure the prototype meets environmental and safety compliance standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement design improvements.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation and sensor calibration.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation tools (MATLAB, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of testing protocols, product validation, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in prototype testing or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with environmental testing standards and processes.
- Knowledge of signal processing or IoT sensor networks.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware systems and debugging firmware.

Mechanical Design Engineer (Intern)
Role: As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and refining our Automated Waste Segregation System (AWSS) prototype. You'll work at the intersection of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure functionality and manufacturability of the prototype.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical and electromechanical components for AWSS.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems into the prototype.
- Use CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) to create and refine designs.
- Conduct functional tests to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with hardware, IoT, and software teams to troubleshoot and improve system performance.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD modeling and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of robotics, control systems, and sensor integration.
- Basic understanding of embedded systems and programming (C++/Python preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and prototyping skills.
